An example: booking a colour appointment
Make the booking useful to both the client and the person doing their hair.
- 1. Before the visit
- Your client selects a colour service, chooses their stylist and adds a toner if offered. They choose an available time and complete your consultation questions, with photos if needed.
- 2. Once booked
- The client receives an email confirmation. You can check their notes and patch-test record, and take a deposit at booking when you choose to require one.
- 3. On the day
- Open the client record from the diary, check the agreed service and record the payment. Update the colour formula and notes so they are ready for the next visit.

Monthly pricing is based on the number of diaries. Every plan includes the same features and help getting set up.
Solo covers 1–2 diaries at £24.95 a month + VAT. Team covers 3–5 at £39.95, and Salon covers 6–10 at £49.95 a month + VAT.

Questions from hairdressers
Does this work for a self-employed hairdresser?
Yes. You can run a single diary, set your own working hours and manage appointments from your phone. The Solo plan covers one or two diaries; you can add more stylists as your business grows.
Can clients book a treatment with their haircut?
Yes. Set up suitable extras as add-ons. Their time and price are added to the booking so the visit includes both services.
Can I bring my existing client records across?
Help moving your clients and future bookings is included on every plan. Contact us with details of your current system so we can discuss the move before you switch.
Are text reminders included?
Email confirmations and appointment reminders are available. Text reminders are listed as an expected feature and are not available yet.
