- Set the duration and price of each service. Offer suitable extras as add-ons so their time and price are included when the client books.

- Ask questions before the appointment and let clients send photos. Keep their answers, preferences and visit history available for the therapist.

- Record patch tests and see when one is due. Require a deposit for bookings when needed, with your cancellation terms shown to the client.

- 2. Prepare for the appointment
- Collect the consultation details you need before arrival. Check the client record and confirm that the appointment has the appropriate therapist and treatment space.
- 3. Keep the next visit in mind
- After the appointment, record payment and update the client’s treatment notes. Their history is ready when they return, and your follow-up list helps identify clients due back.

Can I manage shared treatment rooms?
Yes. The diary supports rooms, chairs and beds so appointments do not reserve the same resource at the same time. Set these up alongside your team and services.
Can clients complete a consultation before visiting?
Yes. Consultation forms can ask questions before the appointment and accept photos. Your team can review the information before the client arrives.
Does it support a mix of beauty treatments?
You can create separate services with their own prices and durations, assign them to the team members who provide them, and offer suitable add-ons.
Can I take a deposit for a longer treatment?
Yes. Online booking supports deposits or full payment through Mollie. Clients see your booking terms when they book; see the pricing page for payment charges.
