- 1. Set the day up
- Record each barber’s hours and breaks. Your booking page offers times based on availability, so clients can pick their barber before coming in.
- 2. Fit in a walk-in
- Check the diary for a suitable gap and add the client and service. Keep the scheduled visit visible to the rest of the team.
- 3. Finish the appointment
- Mark the client as arrived and record cash or card payment in the diary. Save notes about their cut and use the appointment history when they book next time.

Solo covers 1–2 diaries at £24.95 a month + VAT. Team covers 3–5 at £39.95, and Salon covers 6–10 at £49.95 a month + VAT.

Questions from barbers
Can I keep taking walk-ins?
Yes. You can add walk-in appointments yourself alongside online bookings.
Can clients choose their usual barber?
Yes. Clients can select their barber, or choose anyone, before picking an available time. Each barber can have different services, prices and working hours.
Does it work for a one-chair barbershop?
Yes. The Solo plan covers one or two diaries. You can use it on a phone, tablet or computer and move to a larger plan as your team grows.
Can clients move an appointment themselves?
Yes. Confirmation emails include a private link to move or cancel a booking within the rules you set. Email reminders go out 48 hours and 2 hours before the appointment.
